Summary of Key Responsibilities:

• Communicates effectively with the Store Manager to support a welcoming 'Third Place' environment.
• Contributes to a positive team atmosphere by addressing morale or performance concerns with the store manager.
• Delivers exceptional customer service with a customer-first approach, addressing and responding to customer needs.
• Adheres to LUCKIN COFFEE's operational SOP to ensure safety during shifts.
• Maintains consistent punctuality and attendance.

Requirements:

• No previous experience required. Training will be provided.
• Can commit to the long-term.
• Available to work flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and/or public holidays.
• Able to work in a fast-paced working environment.
