Adan Vielma is co-founder and CTO of Screened, where he builds AI systems for candidate interviews, recruiter review and handoffs to applicant tracking systems. He previously worked on public-good digital products at Singapore’s Open Government Products and delivered a Build for Good accelerator workshop on scaling products. His technical sessions explore how to test AI workflows, verify what they record and recover when they fail.
