Get a pipeline summary

Get an overview of your open roles and the candidates at each stage, without checking each job separately.

Ask Claude or ChatGPT to find candidates whose status has not changed, then open their records in Screened.

Try asking
“Which candidates have had no status change for more than a week?”

What your AI can read

Screened’s recruiting MCP gives your AI access to job requirements, candidate profiles, resume scores and interview assessments.

Compare candidates against the same requirements, using Screened’s scores and reasons as evidence.

Try asking
“Compare the three shortlisted candidates for Backend Engineer against the must-haves.”

Find candidates by score and stage

Find candidates by role, stage, resume score or interview recommendation without opening each record.

Combine filters in one question, then ask for the evidence behind the matching candidates’ scores.

Try asking
“Show Backend Engineer candidates with resume scores of 80 or more.”

Review interview answers

Ask your AI about a completed interview and get the relevant quotes from the transcript.

Read the candidate’s answer alongside their assessment when you need more context. Transcript access is optional when you connect.

Try asking
“What did this candidate say about managing budgets? Quote their answer.”

Prepare the next interview

Ask your AI to suggest questions based on the job requirements, resume assessment and earlier interview.

Focus on a requirement where the evidence is thin, or a claim you want the candidate to explain in more detail.

Try asking
“Suggest follow-up questions about this candidate’s management experience.”

No. The connection is read-only: it cannot move, reject, email or delete a candidate.

Email and phone fields are excluded. Screened also masks these details in resume text and transcripts, though unusual formats may not be detected.

Only when a signed-in team member asks their AI to read Screened. That data is handled under your agreement with Anthropic or OpenAI. Check your provider’s training settings, especially on personal plans. Disconnecting stops future reads; data already shared remains subject to your provider’s retention settings.

Model Context Protocol (MCP) connects AI apps to other software. Screened’s MCP address is https://mcp.screened.io/mcp/v1. The setup guide has the steps for each app.

Jobs, requirements, stage counts, candidate profiles, resume screening results and interview assessments. You choose whether to include resume text and transcripts when you connect. It cannot read billing, team invitations, ATS credentials or another company’s data.

Each connection uses that person’s Screened permissions and has an expiry date. You can disconnect in My account; an admin can disconnect any connection or turn off AI apps. Connections, disconnections, and reads of resume text or transcripts appear in the company audit log. Read more on our security page.
