Your ATS admin grants access to the jobs and candidate information needed for screening, plus permission to post results where supported. You choose which jobs to screen. Check your integration’s setup guide for the exact permissions.

Ask us to confirm whether your platform can connect. You can also start without an ATS by uploading resumes or sharing a Screened application link.
Yes. Screened processes and stores candidate information to provide screening, and supported integrations sync results back to your ATS. Candidate records and interview recordings have configurable retention periods.
If results stop syncing, check the connection in Screened and ask your ATS admin to confirm access. Contact support if reconnecting does not resolve it.
