Eploy integration
Eploy AI Resume Screening: Score Every Application Automatically
Screened scores every resume that lands against your Eploy Vacancy, then runs AI voice or text screening interviews for candidates worth a closer look, with the results ready in Screened. The Eploy integration is available on request.
Where Screened fits in Eploy
Eploy is a UK-built, cloud-based Talent Acquisition Platform combining Applicant Tracking, Recruitment CRM, onboarding, and analytics for in-house recruitment teams — it's a Crown Commercial Service-approved supplier on the UK Government's G-Cloud framework, and used across sectors including retail, construction, engineering, energy, education, and the public sector.
Recruiters work inside a Vacancy (the job requisition, with its own Positions field for how many roles need filling); everyone who applies gets one Candidate Record plus a separate Application for each Vacancy they're considered for.
Applications move through a configurable Recruitment Workflow, visualised in Eploy's Pipeline View as Candidate/Application Cards moving between stages, bounded by Vacancy Authorisation at the start and Placement Authorisation once an offer is made.
What Screened takes off your plate in Eploy
Retailers and logistics teams using Eploy's volume-recruitment tools can move candidates en masse with Eploy's Bulk Action tool (which updates up to 10,000 records at once), but someone still has to decide who qualifies. Screened scores every Application against the Vacancy's requirements as it lands, so recruiters can bulk-advance only candidates above a chosen score instead of opening each CV by hand.
When a PSL agency submits a candidate through Eploy's Agency Portal, Screened scores that submission the same way it scores direct Applications, with the result ready in Screened. That gives recruiters an objective check on agency submissions alongside the Agency Portal's own spend and response-time dashboards when reviewing supplier performance.
For an Application that's cleared initial review, Screened can run an AI voice or text screening interview, producing a transcript, per-question scores, and a hire/no-hire recommendation before the Vacancy reaches Placement Authorisation — giving whoever signs off on the offer more than a CV and an Auto-skilling percentage to go on.
Hiring managers reviewing candidates in Eploy's Hiring Manager Portal can proceed or reject an Application directly, but usually only see the CV and any Discover form results. Screened has the score, notes, and recommendation ready, so the extra context exists before a hiring manager opens the Application rather than being reconstructed from the CV.
How Screened works with Eploy
When a new Application appears against a Vacancy, Screened pulls the CV and job requirements and scores the Candidate 0-100, extracting key qualifications, red flags, and years of experience.
For Applications worth a closer look, Screened runs an AI voice or text screening interview, producing a transcript, per-question scores, and a hire/no-hire recommendation.
The score, notes, recommendation, and results link are ready in Screened, so whoever updates the Candidate Record and Application Status is moving a screened candidate through Pipeline View, not a guess. Writing them back automatically is available on request.
Screened can also handle scheduling the next interview step, so the next round is booked without extra manual chasing before anyone advances the Application through the Recruitment Workflow toward Placement Authorisation.
Built around how Eploy works
Screened fits the objects and stages your team already uses in Eploy.
Eploy's job requisition record. Every Vacancy carries a Positions field for how many heads need to be recruited, and it's automatically pulled from the careers site once enough Placement records against it match that number.
Created when a Candidate applies to a specific Vacancy; it holds the full audit trail and that role's screening-question answers. One Candidate can hold several Applications if they're being considered for more than one Vacancy.
The single profile created the first time someone registers or is imported into Eploy, holding their CV, extracted skills, and contact details — separate from any individual Application.
The configurable sequence of Application Statuses and Action Outcomes a role follows. Pipeline View displays every Application in that sequence as a Candidate/Application Card that recruiters move between stages.
Eploy's CV-parsing feature: it extracts skills from a Candidate's CV and from a Vacancy's job description, then shows what percentage of the Vacancy's skills the Candidate has on the Application.
The vendor portal where preferred-supplier-list recruitment agencies log in, see the Vacancies they've been assigned, and submit Candidates — tracked against Eploy's own agency spend, response-time, and performance dashboards.
Review candidate fit and authenticity
Bring screening assessments and potential authenticity concerns into your team’s review. Use the written findings to decide where a closer look is needed.
Common questions
Auto-skilling parses a CV and shows what percentage of a Vacancy's identified skills a Candidate has — useful for a quick, keyword-level match. Screened goes further: it scores the Application 0-100 against the full set of job requirements (not just tagged skills) and surfaces specific red flags and years of experience, so recruiters get a fit assessment rather than a single skills percentage.
Yes. Screened scores agency-submitted Candidates the same way it scores direct Applications, so recruiters can compare PSL submissions against direct applicants on equal footing rather than taking an agency's shortlist at face value.
No — they solve different problems. Discover lets you build and distribute forms with customisable scoring and grading (Eploy's own options include traffic lights, thumbs up, grades, and star ratings) that can auto-progress or reject an Application based on how a Candidate answers. Screened doesn't build forms; it reads the resume/CV itself and, if you want a conversation, runs an AI voice or text screening interview — the two can be used side by side on the same Vacancy.
Eploy is available on request. Just ask us about it when you talk to sales. Screening itself needs no developer work, no custom API project, and nothing to install on your side.
Not by default. Hiring managers already review Applications and proceed or reject them from the Hiring Manager Portal without full recruiter access to Eploy, but Screened's score, notes, and recommendation live in Screened, where hiring managers can be given access. Writing them back onto the Application is available on request.
Screened highlights potential concerns in resumes and checks interview answers against the job requirements. Your team can review the written reasons and interview transcript, then ask follow-up questions about experience that needs clarification.
Screened keeps assessments and written reasons for candidates screened through Eploy. Open the Screened candidate profile to review activity, or export a CSV of the latest decisions. For hiring decisions made in Eploy, use its own records. See the screening records guide.
