Flatchr integration
Flatchr AI Screening Tool for Recruiting Teams
Screened scores resumes 0-100 and runs AI phone screens for candidates sitting in your Flatchr pipeline, and produces the score, results link, and recommendation. The Flatchr integration is available on request.
Where Screened fits in Flatchr
Flatchr is a French SaaS applicant tracking system built for small and mid-sized companies (PME/ETI), positioned as the lighter, manager-friendly alternative to bigger French suites like Cegid's HR Talent Acquisition platform.
Its core pitch is that HR builds the recruiting process and operational managers — not full-time recruiters — run it day to day, which is why it's popular in multi-site, high-volume sectors like retail, hospitality and catering, healthcare and social care, and automotive.
Out of the box, Flatchr already includes light AI matching (Flatchr Fit) and personality assessments (Flatchr Skills), multiposts jobs to 160+ boards, and organizes every application on a customizable Kanban board.
What Screened takes off your plate in Flatchr
Every application from Flatchr's 160+ connected job boards lands first in the default "À trier" (to sort) column. Screened scores each resume 0-100 against the role's must-haves, flags missing requirements and years of experience, and produces a result, so whoever is triaging works from a ranked list instead of opening every fiche candidat one by one.
Flatchr's own default pipeline names its phone-screening stage "À appeler" — literally "to call." Instead of a recruiter working down that column dialing candidates one at a time, Screened's AI voice screen places the calls, asks the qualifying questions, and produces a results link, per-question scores, and a hire/no-hire recommendation before anyone decides who moves to "À recevoir."
Because Flatchr is built around managers recruiting inside HR's framework — often from the mobile app between shifts — Screened's score and recommendation are ready before a store, restaurant, or clinic manager opens the fiche candidat and Évaluation tab they already check. Noting them onto the fiche candidat automatically is available on request.
Once a candidate clears the AI phone screen, Screened can handle finding time with the hiring manager for the in-person or video round that Flatchr's Agenda Partagé would otherwise leave the recruiter to chase by email or SMS.
How Screened works with Flatchr
A candidate applies through one of the 160+ job boards Flatchr multiposts to and lands in the job's default "À trier" column.
Screened scores the resume 0-100 against the role's requirements and extracts key qualifications, red flags, and years of experience.
For candidates worth a closer look, Screened's AI voice or text screen runs the interview that would otherwise happen at the "À appeler" stage, producing a results link, per-question scores, and a hire/no-hire recommendation.
The score, transcript, and recommendation are ready in Screened before anyone notes them on the fiche candidat or moves the candidate to "À recevoir." Writing them back to the Évaluation tab automatically is available on request.
Built around how Flatchr works
Screened fits the objects and stages your team already uses in Flatchr.
Flatchr's default first Kanban column — literally "to sort" — where every new application lands before anyone has reviewed it.
Flatchr's default phone-screening column ("to call"), where candidates wait for a recruiter or manager to speak with them before advancing.
Flatchr's default in-person or manager-interview column ("to receive"), the step after the phone screen.
The full candidate record in Flatchr, split into Profil, Email/SMS, Notes, Évaluation, Documents, and Activités tabs.
Flatchr's native AI feature that scores how compatible a profile is with a job posting and ranks applicants, without automatically rejecting anyone.
Flatchr's centralized resume and candidate database, which auto-purges personal data after two years under RGPD unless the candidate has renewed consent.
Review candidate fit and authenticity
Bring screening assessments and potential authenticity concerns into your team’s review. Use the written findings to decide where a closer look is needed.
Common questions
Flatchr Fit ranks applicants by how compatible their profile looks against the job posting — it's a relevance score, and it doesn't reject anyone automatically. Screened goes further: it scores each resume 0-100 against your specific must-haves, calls out red flags and years of experience, and can also run the actual phone or text screening interview, producing a transcript and hire/no-hire recommendation. Flatchr Fit's ranking stays on the candidate profile; Screened's results are ready in Screened.
Yes. Screened's AI voice screening calls candidates who reach that stage, asks the qualifying questions you'd normally ask yourself, and produces a results link, per-question scores, and a hire/no-hire recommendation, so the column stops being a list of calls someone still has to make by hand.
No, but the two systems hold different things. Flatchr stays the system of record for candidate data, including its policy of auto-purging the CVthèque after two years unless consent is renewed. Screened holds the screening output it produced — the score, notes, and recommendation — and processes that copy on your instructions, under our DPA and our own retention schedule, so a deletion or consent change has to be applied in Screened as well as in Flatchr. Writing results onto the fiche candidat automatically is available on request.
It's built for that model. Managers already work from the fiche candidat and the Évaluation tab, often from Flatchr's mobile app between shifts, and Screened's score and recommendation are ready before they get there — noting them onto the fiche candidat automatically is available on request. HR still sets the process and managers still make the call.
Flatchr is available on request. Just ask us about it when you talk to sales. Screening itself needs no developer work, no custom API project, and nothing to install on your side.
Screened highlights potential concerns in resumes and checks interview answers against the job requirements. Your team can review the written reasons and interview transcript, then ask follow-up questions about experience that needs clarification.
Screened keeps assessments and written reasons for candidates screened through Flatchr. Open the Screened candidate profile to review activity, or export a CSV of the latest decisions. For hiring decisions made in Flatchr, use its own records. See the screening records guide.
