HR Cloud integration
The AI Screening Tool for HR Cloud Recruiters
Screened scores every HR Cloud applicant's resume and can run the first-round phone or text screen. The HR Cloud integration is available on request.
Where Screened fits in HR Cloud
HR Cloud is an all-in-one HR platform built around Recruit (its applicant tracking module), Onboard, People (its HRIS), Workmates (engagement), and offboarding tools, with a mobile-first design aimed at workforces that don't sit at a desk.
It's built for mid-market and enterprise organizations — HR Cloud's own homepage pitches it for roughly 500 to 5,000+ employees and explicitly positions itself as the step up from smaller-business tools like BambooHR and HiBob, which it says "work well under 500 employees."
Its customers skew multi-location and frontline-heavy — retail chains, healthcare systems, restaurant groups, manufacturers — running requisitions through Recruit's Applicant Status pipeline from first application through offer and hire.
What Screened takes off your plate in HR Cloud
Every application — whether it arrived through Indeed, ZipRecruiter, Glassdoor, Monster, or your own Job Board — lands in HR Cloud's 'New' Applicant Status. Instead of a recruiter opening each Applicant flyout to read the resume and Question Library answers by hand, Screened scores the resume 0-100 against the requisition's requirements, extracts years of experience and red flags, and has that ready before the team moves qualified applicants into a Review-type status and clears misses into a No Longer Considered-type status in bulk.
Recruit's built-in scheduling lets a recruiter send an applicant a Teams or Zoom link in a couple of clicks, but that step still assumes someone already decided the applicant is worth an interview.
Screened can run that first conversation itself — an AI voice or text screening interview — and produce the transcript, per-question scores, and a hire/no-hire recommendation, so a recruiter sends the Teams/Zoom link with a completed screen already in hand, not off a resume skim.
Hiring managers are added as followers on their applicants automatically and get emailed whenever a significant status change happens. Today that email just says the applicant moved to a new status; with Screened's score and recommendation ready before the status moves, the hiring manager who follows that email has the 'why' waiting in Screened instead of going back into Recruit to work it out.
HR Cloud's Applicant Pipeline Report bar-charts how many applicants sit in each Applicant Status, filterable by job, department, and location — useful for spotting where a requisition is stuck, but it can't say whether the applicants piling up in New are any good. Because Screened scores applicants as they arrive, the statuses your team sets reflect a pipeline that's already been screened instead of raw application volume.
How Screened works with HR Cloud
An applicant applies through your HR Cloud Job Board, a connected job board like Indeed or ZipRecruiter, or a manual add, and lands in the 'New' Applicant Status with their resume and Question Library answers attached.
Screened scores the resume 0-100 against the job's requirements, pulls out years of experience and red flags, and — for a deeper first pass — can run an AI voice or text screening interview that produces a transcript, per-question scores, and a hire/no-hire recommendation.
The score, recommendation, and results link are ready in Screened before anyone notes them on the Applicant or moves it into whichever Review-type or No Longer Considered-type status your team uses for AI-screened applicants. Writing them back as a note automatically is available on request.
The recruiter weighs Screened's score against the manual Recruit Applicant Rating in the Applicant flyout to decide who gets a Teams or Zoom interview link next.
Built around how HR Cloud works
Screened fits the objects and stages your team already uses in HR Cloud.
HR Cloud's word for a candidate record in Recruit — every person who applies, whether added manually or pulled in from a job board, becomes an Applicant with its own status, rating, and file of answers.
The pipeline field on every Applicant. Recruit ships with 16 default statuses across 5 types — New, Review, Offer, Hired, and No Longer Considered — and New, Offer, and Hired update automatically, so admins can only add custom statuses of type Review or No Longer Considered.
The panel that opens when you click into an Applicant's record, showing the resume, Question Library answers, Applicant Status history, and the Rating widget in one place.
A manual 1-to-5 star rating anyone with access can leave on an Applicant from the flyout, with optional comments; scores from multiple raters average together and show in the Applicant grid.
A reusable bank of application-form questions — single text, single selection, and similar types — that recruiters mark required or optional and insert into a job's Application Form via 'Select from Library.'
Recruit's built-in report that bar-charts applicant counts by Applicant Status, filterable by job, department, location, and date range, with CSV export.
Review candidate fit and authenticity
Bring screening assessments and potential authenticity concerns into your team’s review. Use the written findings to decide where a closer look is needed.
Common questions
Not yet — Recruit's own product page describes resume parsing as 'advanced resume parsing (coming soon),' so applicants sitting in the New status still get read manually, and Question Library answers are collected as required fields rather than scored or ranked. Screened adds that layer: a 0-100 fit score against the job's requirements, extracted years of experience, and flagged red flags for every applicant.
Neither today. Screened produces the score, notes, and recommendation, and your team sets the Applicant Status to match. Since New, Offer, and Hired update automatically in HR Cloud as an applicant moves through the process, the statuses your team actually customizes for an AI-screening outcome are the Review-type and No Longer Considered-type ones you've already set up. Writing the results back as a note automatically is available on request.
Not today. The manual 1-5 star Recruit Applicant Rating stays exactly as your team uses it today, in the top corner of the Applicant flyout. Screened's score, notes, and any phone- or text-screen results link sit in Screened, so a recruiter comparing the human rating and the AI score is reading both, just not on one screen. Writing them onto the Applicant as a note is available on request.
No. The Question Library still runs the required application-form questions candidates answer when they apply — Screened doesn't touch that setup. It reads the resume (and, if you turn it on, runs its own AI voice or text screening conversation) to produce a score and recommendation that a recruiter would otherwise have to work out by reading each Question Library answer by hand.
HR Cloud is available on request. Just ask us about it when you talk to sales. Screening itself needs no developer work, no custom API project, and nothing to install on your side.
Screened highlights potential concerns in resumes and checks interview answers against the job requirements. Your team can review the written reasons and interview transcript, then ask follow-up questions about experience that needs clarification.
Screened keeps assessments and written reasons for candidates screened through HR Cloud. Open the Screened candidate profile to review activity, or export a CSV of the latest decisions. For hiring decisions made in HR Cloud, use its own records. See the screening records guide.
