iCIMS integration
AI Resume Screening for iCIMS Talent Cloud
Screened scores every applicant against your Job Profile requirements, runs AI voice or text screening for candidates who clear that bar, and produces the results. The iCIMS integration is available on request.
Where Screened fits in iCIMS
iCIMS Talent Cloud is an enterprise talent acquisition platform that combines an applicant tracking system (iCIMS Hire), candidate relationship management (iCIMS Engage), video interviewing, onboarding, and employer branding tools in one system, used by more than 4,400 organizations across 200 countries.
It's built for large employers managing many open Job Profiles at once, including high-volume, frontline hiring in retail, healthcare, hospitality, manufacturing, and logistics alongside corporate hiring.
iCIMS already ships its own AI, branded Coalesce AI, for candidate ranking, matching, and sourcing — so a recruiter evaluating a screening tool here is usually trying to close a specific gap, not add AI for the first time.
What Screened takes off your plate in iCIMS
When a high-volume Job Profile pulls in hundreds of applicants, each one lands as a new Recruiting Workflow sitting at 'Received' or 'Under Review.'
Screened scores every resume 0-100 against that Job Profile's requirements, extracts years of experience and red flags, and produces the result — so recruiters can go straight to the strongest applicants instead of opening each one to decide who moves to 'Under Consideration.'
For Workflow Profiles that include a phone screen before a hiring-manager interview, Screened calls or texts candidates who clear resume screening, runs a structured voice or text screening interview, and produces a transcript, per-question scores, and a hire/no-hire recommendation. Those results are ready before the next stage owner picks the candidate up, so nobody schedules a call just to re-ask the same qualifying questions.
When a new Job Profile opens for a role you've hired before, Screened can score the people already sitting in that Talent Pool against the new requirements instead of starting sourcing from zero — resurfacing candidates who were strong last time but weren't hired, with an updated score against what you're hiring for now.
Screened's score, notes, and recommendation are ready before a hiring manager opens the Person Profile and Recruiting Workflow, so the screening outcome already exists rather than being worked out from the resume — and hiring managers can be given access in Screened to read it instead of waiting on a recruiter's summary email.
How Screened works with iCIMS
A candidate applies to a Job Profile and iCIMS opens a Recruiting Workflow at your first stage (commonly 'Received' or 'Under Review').
At the point your team screens — commonly that first stage — Screened reads the resume against the Job Profile's requirements and scores the candidate 0-100, extracting key qualifications, red flags, and years of experience.
For roles with a phone-screen stage, Screened places an AI voice screening call or sends a text screening interview, scores each answer, and produces a transcript with a hire/no-hire recommendation.
The score, extracted qualifications, recommendation, and results link are ready in Screened before anyone notes them on the Person Profile or moves the Recruiting Workflow forward or to 'Not Selected.' Writing them back as a note automatically is available on request.
Built around how iCIMS works
Screened fits the objects and stages your team already uses in iCIMS.
iCIMS's master record for any individual in the system — candidate, employee, or hiring manager — that persists across every job they apply to.
iCIMS's term for a job requisition: the title, hiring team, approval chain, and the Workflow Profile assigned to it.
The record iCIMS creates when a Person Profile applies to a Job Profile — the application itself, tracked stage by stage.
The configurable template defining which stages and statuses a Recruiting Workflow moves through for a given requisition type, e.g., separate profiles for corporate vs. hourly/frontline roles.
A curated, pre-screened group of candidates iCIMS keeps on hand for future openings instead of sourcing externally each time.
iCIMS's own built-in AI for candidate ranking, talent matching, and sourcing — the layer Screened's deeper resume and voice screening is meant to sit alongside, not duplicate.
Review candidate fit and authenticity
Bring screening assessments and potential authenticity concerns into your team’s review. Use the written findings to decide where a closer look is needed.
Common questions
Coalesce AI ranks and matches candidates against a Job Profile at scale, which is useful for sorting volume. Screened adds a per-candidate, explainable layer on top — a 0-100 score with the specific qualifications, red flags, and years of experience it found — plus AI voice and text screening interviews, which Coalesce AI doesn't run. The two answer different questions, so you're not choosing one over the other.
Yes. Screening rules are set per role, so you can mirror your Workflow Profiles — for example, resume screening only for corporate roles, but an automatic phone screen added for the hourly or frontline ones where volume is higher.
Yes — scores, notes, and recommendations live in Screened, where hiring managers can be given access to read the outcome without running the screening themselves. Writing them back onto the Person Profile and Recruiting Workflow is available on request.
No. Screened handles resume screening and, optionally, an earlier AI voice or text phone screen, then automates scheduling coordination for the next step. iCIMS's video interviewing and self-scheduling still run the hiring-manager or panel interview stage.
iCIMS is available on request. Just ask us about it when you talk to sales. Screening itself needs no developer work, no custom API project, and nothing to install on your side.
Screened highlights potential concerns in resumes and checks interview answers against the job requirements. Your team can review the written reasons and interview transcript, then ask follow-up questions about experience that needs clarification.
Screened keeps assessments and written reasons for candidates screened through iCIMS. Open the Screened candidate profile to review activity, or export a CSV of the latest decisions. For hiring decisions made in iCIMS, use its own records. See the screening records guide.
