Jobsoid integration
Jobsoid AI Resume Screening for Your Recruitment Pipeline
Screened scores every applicant against your job requirements and produces the score, red flags, and years of experience — so you decide who moves into Screen without reading every resume by hand. The Jobsoid integration is available on request.
Where Screened fits in Jobsoid
Jobsoid is an applicant tracking system and recruiting CRM built for small and mid-sized businesses and staffing agencies, spanning industries such as hospitality, IT, healthcare, and construction.
Recruiters use it to post openings to job boards and a branded Career Site, run applicants through a customizable Recruitment Pipeline, and manage interviews and client communication from one dashboard.
Its own automation — Smart Filter Intelligence, Auto Reference Check, one-way Video Screening — handles routine tasks, but resume evaluation still comes down to keyword weights a recruiter sets by hand rather than an AI actually reading each resume.
What Screened takes off your plate in Jobsoid
Jobs posted from Jobsoid to job boards, LinkedIn, and your Career Site all funnel candidates into the pipeline's New stage. Instead of opening resumes one by one or trusting Smart Filter Intelligence's keyword weighting alone, Screened scores each new applicant 0-100 against your actual job requirements and flags red flags and years of experience, so you know which candidates to drag into Screen before you've read a single resume.
Under Settings > Customize > Workflow > Pipeline, Jobsoid lets you attach an Automated Action to any custom stage in the Screen category — today that's usually an auto-email, a Questionnaire, or a Video screening test recorded in the Jobsoid Video app.
Screened can run the screen at that same point in your process: it calls or texts the candidate, runs the screening interview, and produces the transcript, per-question scores, and hire/no-hire recommendation — no one has to watch a video playlist to find out how they answered. Firing it off the Jobsoid stage move itself is available on request.
Jobsoid's Video Screening collects one-way video answers that a recruiter still has to watch back, clip by clip, before deciding who advances. For a team running several reqs at once, Screened's text screening interview asks candidates the same style of questions and returns a scored transcript and recommendation automatically, so the decision rests on a scored answer instead of a video file someone has to sit through.
Jobsoid's interview scheduling lets candidates self-select a time slot once you've decided to interview them, but someone still has to make that call for every candidate sitting in a Screen-category stage. Screened automates the handoff: once a candidate clears AI phone or text screening with a strong recommendation, Screened coordinates booking the live interview, so by the time they land in a custom Interview stage like "Hiring Manager Interview," a time is already confirmed instead of waiting on email back-and-forth.
How Screened works with Jobsoid
Screened reads a candidate's resume against your job requirements — whether you screen at the New stage or at a custom Screen-category stage like "Resume Review" — producing a 0-100 score plus extracted qualifications, red flags, and years of experience.
If the role calls for a phone or text screen, Screened can launch an AI voice or text screening interview automatically and returns a transcript, per-question scores, and a hire/no-hire recommendation.
The score, notes, recommendation, and results link are ready in Screened before anyone records them on the candidate's Jobsoid profile, next to the existing Comments, Reviews & Scorecard. Writing them back as a Comment automatically is available on request.
Once a candidate clears screening with a strong recommendation, Screened can coordinate booking their next interview, so hiring managers find a confirmed time instead of an unscheduled candidate sitting in the pipeline.
Built around how Jobsoid works
Screened fits the objects and stages your team already uses in Jobsoid.
Jobsoid's stage-based hiring workflow, built on 8 default stages (New, Screen, Interview, Offer, Hire, On Hold, Reject, Withdraw) with Screen, Interview, and Offer as customizable categories that can each hold up to 5 named stages.
Rules attached to a pipeline stage under Settings > Customize > Workflow that fire when a candidate is moved into it — sending an email or text, assigning a task or owner, applying a tag, or launching a Questionnaire or Video screening test.
Jobsoid's built-in scoring tool (Standard plan and up): it pulls skill keywords from your job description, lets you weight each one, and ranks applicants by keyword match — part of what Jobsoid brands as its Recruiter Intelligence features.
A one-way async interview tool where candidates record answers to preset questions in the Jobsoid Video mobile app; recruiters review the clips later as a playlist rather than getting an automatic score.
A Standard-plan-and-up feature on the candidate profile where interviewers leave comments and rate candidates against criteria, alongside the profile's resume and activity history.
Jobsoid's feature for sharing a candidate's profile link with external clients or decision makers — common for staffing agencies — without giving them a Jobsoid login.

Common questions
Not in the way most recruiters mean it. Jobsoid's Smart Filter Intelligence scores resumes by matching weighted keywords pulled from your job description — it won't explain why a candidate scored the way they did, catch inconsistencies, or work out years of experience from a messy work history. Screened adds that layer: a 0-100 score against your actual job requirements, plus extracted qualifications, red flags, and years of experience, ready in Screened before anyone records them on the candidate's Jobsoid profile.
Not today. Jobsoid already lets you configure Automated Actions — emails, tasks, tags, Questionnaires, Video screening tests — that fire when a candidate moves into a stage, via Settings > Customize > Workflow > Pipeline. Jobsoid is available on request, so hooking Screened to that same stage move is something we'd build with you. The screening itself runs today: Screened scores the resume or runs the phone/text screening interview and has the result ready for whoever works the stage.
Jobsoid's Video Screening has candidates record answers in the Jobsoid Video app, and someone on your team still has to watch every response in the playlist to judge it. Screened's voice and text screening interviews ask the questions directly, then score each answer automatically and produce a hire/no-hire recommendation and transcript — no video-watching required.
Jobsoid is available on request. Just ask us about it when you talk to sales. Screening itself needs no developer work, no custom API project, and nothing to install on your side.
Screened's score, notes, and recommendation are ready before you share a candidate through Contacts — they're held in Screened, so you either record them on the profile first or pass the Screened results link along with the share, instead of compiling a separate report.
Screened highlights potential concerns in resumes and checks interview answers against the job requirements. Your team can review the written reasons and interview transcript, then ask follow-up questions about experience that needs clarification.
Screened keeps assessments and written reasons for candidates screened through Jobsoid. Open the Screened candidate profile to review activity, or export a CSV of the latest decisions. For hiring decisions made in Jobsoid, use its own records. See the screening records guide.
