Recruiterflow integration
A Recruiterflow AI Screening Tool That Scores Every Candidate in Your Pipeline
Screened scores every resume and can run the AI voice or text screen for candidates in your Recruiterflow pipeline, with the score, transcript, and recommendation ready in Screened for your desk to work from. The Recruiterflow integration is available on request.
Where Screened fits in Recruiterflow
Recruiterflow is an ATS and CRM built specifically for recruiting, staffing, and executive search agencies — retained, contingency, and search firms running client-facing desks, not internal talent acquisition teams.
It pairs a candidate pipeline (jobs, System Stages, Scorecards) with a sales CRM (Companies, Contacts, Deals) so a recruiter can source and screen candidates, submit them to a client, and manage that client relationship without leaving the workspace.
Recruiterflow also runs its own AI layer, branded AIRA — AIRA Matchmaker for sourcing your existing database and AIRA Notetaker for call summaries — alongside an integrations marketplace spanning categories like VoIP, Video Interview, and Sourcing & Matching.
What Screened takes off your plate in Recruiterflow
Every Recruiterflow job pipeline starts with the same two system stages: Sourced, where anyone you or a colleague manually adds shows up, and Applied, where candidates from your job posting land automatically.
Screened can pull the resume and the job's requirements once a candidate hits either stage, and score them 0-100 with years of experience and any red flags pulled out — so before a recruiter works the Kanban view for that job, the candidates worth a first look are already flagged in Screened instead of sitting in a flat, unscored list.
Tagging a custom stage with the Recruiter Screen category tells Recruiterflow this is where your internal team evaluates a candidate before the client ever sees them.
Screened can run that first conversation itself — an AI voice call or a text screen — and produce a transcript, per-question scores, and a hire/no-hire recommendation, all of it ready to review before anyone opens the Scorecard for that stage. A recruiter still decides who advances, but they're reading a transcript and a recommendation instead of working down a call list.
Recruiterflow's own description of the Client Screen category is that it 'tracks how many of your submissions made it past the client's initial filter — a direct signal of submission quality.' Every candidate who stalls there costs you credibility with that client. When Screened's score and recommendation are already waiting for you before you click Submit to client from your Prospects list for that job, you're less likely to hand off someone who was never going to clear that filter in the first place.
Recipes in Recruiterflow run on a trigger-plus-action model, and one of the available triggers is simply 'a candidate's stage changes in a job' — a single Recipe can then update up to five fields or send a notification automatically. Once you've read Screened's recommendation and moved that candidate to Company Submission, a Recipe can notify the desk lead or fire off your submission email — so acting on the AI screen's result kicks off the next step instead of stalling on another manual handoff.
How Screened works with Recruiterflow
Screened reads new candidates as they hit Sourced or Applied on a Recruiterflow job and pulls that job's requirements to score each resume 0-100, flagging years of experience and red flags.
For whichever stage you want handled automatically, Screened can run the AI voice or text screen itself — calling or texting the candidate, then producing a transcript, per-question scores, and a hire/no-hire recommendation.
Score, notes, results link, and recommendation are ready in Screened, so a recruiter has the full picture before updating the candidate in Recruiterflow. Writing those results back automatically is available on request.
Built around how Recruiterflow works
Screened fits the objects and stages your team already uses in Recruiterflow.
The five fixed stages every Recruiterflow job pipeline includes — Sourced, Applied, Disqualified, Offer, Hired — which can't be renamed, reordered, or deleted; everything between Applied and Offer is the custom pipeline you build.
A reporting tag — Recruiter Screen, Company Submission, Client Screen, Client Interview, Reference Check, or Others — assigned to every custom stage; it's invisible to candidates and drives Recruiterflow's internal pipeline reporting.
The structured evaluation form attached to a stage in the Interview Plan: optional 1-5 star skill ratings and custom questions, plus a mandatory Final Decision of Strong Yes, Yes, May be, No, or Strong No.
Recruiterflow's automation builder — each Recipe pairs a trigger (like a stage change or a disqualification) and optional filters with an action (send an email, update a field, notify someone).
Recruiterflow's own AI agents — Matchmaker ranks your existing candidate database against a new job for sourcing, while Notetaker joins video calls (Zoom, Meet, Teams) and writes summaries back to the CRM.
The client-facing side of Recruiterflow, separate from the candidate pipeline — Companies and Contacts track the client organization and its people, Deals track the business opportunity, and Submit to client is the bulk action that packages candidates for one.
Review candidate fit and authenticity
Bring screening assessments and potential authenticity concerns into your team’s review. Use the written findings to decide where a closer look is needed.
Common questions
In Screened. The score, results link, notes, and hire/no-hire recommendation are ready there before anyone opens the candidate profile or fills in the Scorecard for that stage, and hiring managers can be given access to read the outcome. Writing those results back onto the Recruiterflow candidate profile as a note automatically is available on request.
Yes — for the stage you've tagged with the Recruiter Screen category, Screened can place the AI voice call or send the text screen itself, then hand back the transcript, per-question scores, and recommendation. A recruiter still decides who advances, but they're reviewing a completed screen instead of working down a call list.
The Job Pipeline Report tracks conversion between stage categories in fairly generic terms — it isn't going to hand you a column labeled 'submission quality.' But if AI screening filters out weak candidates before they reach Company Submission, a healthier Recruiter Screen tends to show up as fewer submitted candidates stalling before Offer, since you're only submitting people who already cleared a real evaluation.
No — they solve different problems. AIRA Matchmaker searches your existing candidate database and ranks who fits a brand-new job, which is a sourcing tool. Screened evaluates candidates who are already sitting in a job's pipeline — scoring resumes and running the actual screening conversation — so the two sit at different points in the process rather than competing.
Not off Screened's score today. Segments update dynamically against criteria held in Recruiterflow, and Screened's score and recommendation stay in Screened rather than on the candidate's profile. Writing them onto a candidate field, so a Segment can key off score above a threshold or recommendation equals Hire, is available on request.
Screened highlights potential concerns in resumes and checks interview answers against the job requirements. Your team can review the written reasons and interview transcript, then ask follow-up questions about experience that needs clarification.
Screened keeps assessments and written reasons for candidates screened through Recruiterflow. Open the Screened candidate profile to review activity, or export a CSV of the latest decisions. For hiring decisions made in Recruiterflow, use its own records. See the screening records guide.
