TalentLyft AI Screening Tool: Resume Scoring and AI Voice Interviews

Screened scores resumes and runs AI voice or text interviews for candidates in your TalentLyft pipeline. The TalentLyft integration is available on request.

Where Screened fits in TalentLyft

TalentLyft is an all-in-one recruitment marketing and applicant-tracking platform built in Zagreb, Croatia, combining a career-page builder, sourcing and referral tools, a Talent CRM, and a pipeline-based ATS in one product.

Its Essential and Growth plans both start at $100/month with unlimited job slots & users, which is a big part of why it's popular with small and mid-sized in-house recruiting teams and agencies — especially across Europe — rather than enterprise HR departments.

Recruiters manage every open role from TalentLyft's Jobs dashboard and review each applicant on a candidate profile inside a pipeline built from the mandatory Sourced, Applied, and Hired stages, plus whatever custom stages a team adds between them.

What Screened takes off your plate in TalentLyft

Turn Jobs-dashboard stage counts into a ranked list

TalentLyft's Jobs dashboard shows how many applications sit in each stage of a job's pipeline — Sourced, Applied, and whatever custom stages you've added before Hired — but not who's actually worth opening first. Screened scores every incoming resume 0-100 against that job's requirements and produces the score, extracted years of experience, and any red flags, so when a recruiter opens the Applied stage they're working from a ranked read instead of clicking into applications in whatever order they arrived.

TalentLyft's AI Screening Assistant reads, but never calls

When you create or edit a job, TalentLyft's own AI Screening Assistant — its own tab in the job editor, separate from Evaluations and Automation — extracts criteria from the job description (or lets you write your own) and scores each application against them, sorting the stage by match score. That's a read of the resume and form, though; it never actually talks to the candidate.

Adding the voice interview it can't run

Screened picks up there: for applicants who clear the bar, it runs an AI voice interview or text screening with role-specific questions, then produces a transcript, per-question scores, and a hire/no-hire recommendation — so a recruiter weighs TalentLyft's match score next to Screened's interview result.

Bulk-move a stage off Screened's result, TalentLyft-native

Screened's score, results link, and recommendation come with a clear pass or review call. TalentLyft already lets you multi-select candidates to bulk-tag them 'screened-pass' or 'screened-review,' then search a stage using '#tag' syntax, so a recruiter can tag the profiles from Screened's result and move that whole group into the next stage together. Posting the note and tag automatically is available on request.

Your Automated Actions still fire on the bulk move

TalentLyft's Automated Actions run off triggers like 'Move to stage' and 'Time spent in stage' — so an action you already built to send a confirmation email or add a task for the hiring manager when someone reaches your Interview stage still fires when a recruiter bulk-moves Screened-approved candidates into it.

Scorecards and scheduling pick up from there

The Scorecard already attached to that stage inside Evaluations and Automation is what the interviewer opens next, with Screened's results link and voice-interview score ready for context. Screened can also handle scheduling that next interview automatically once a candidate clears the phone screen, instead of a recruiter coordinating it by email.

How Screened works with TalentLyft

1

You choose which pipeline stages Screened watches (for example, Applied) for new candidates.

2

It scores each new resume 0-100 against that job's requirements, extracting key qualifications, red flags, and years of experience.

3

For candidates who clear your bar, Screened runs an AI voice interview or text screening.

4

The score, notes, results link, and recommendation are ready in Screened before anyone tags the candidate profile or bulk-moves the stage. Writing them back to TalentLyft automatically is available on request.

Built around how TalentLyft works

Screened fits the objects and stages your team already uses in TalentLyft.

Jobs dashboard

TalentLyft's main ATS screen — lists every open job with department, location, status, and how many applications sit in each pipeline stage.

Sourced / Applied / Hired

The three pipeline stages every TalentLyft job must have; they can't be deleted, though teams add custom stages between Applied and Hired.

Candidate profile

The single record for a candidate — resume data, activity feed, notes, tags, and evaluation history — that recruiters open from inside a pipeline stage.

AI Screening Assistant

TalentLyft's built-in tab (in the job editor) for extracting or writing scoring criteria from a job description, then auto-scoring incoming applications against them.

Evaluations and Automation

The job-setup step where Scorecards and premade Assessments get attached to pipeline stages and Automated Actions get built off triggers like 'Move to stage.'

Talent pools

Candidate groupings that live outside any single job's pipeline, used for sourcing and re-engagement; candidates can be added to or removed from a pool via an Automated Action.

Review candidate fit and authenticity

Bring screening assessments and potential authenticity concerns into your team’s review. Use the written findings to decide where a closer look is needed.

Common questions

No — it only reads what's already in the application. TalentLyft's AI Screening Assistant, set up in its own tab when you create or edit a job, extracts or lets you define scoring criteria from the job description and scores each resume and screening-question answer against them, but it doesn't reach out to anyone. Screened adds that missing step: an AI voice call or text screening for candidates who clear TalentLyft's score, with a transcript and recommendation ready for the same candidate.

Yes, once the tag is on the profile. Screened gives each candidate a clear pass or review call, and TalentLyft already lets you bulk-tag a selection and then search or filter any stage using '#tag' syntax, so you can pull up just the candidates Screened recommends without opening every profile in the stage. Posting that tag automatically is available on request.

The Jobs dashboard only shows how many applications are in each stage, not individual scores — you still have to open a stage to see candidates. Screened's score, notes, and recommendation are ready in Screened, where recruiters and hiring managers can be given access to read them, before anyone records them on the candidate profile TalentLyft already expects your team to review. Writing them there automatically is available on request.

No. Scorecards, premade Assessments, and Automated Actions still live in each job's Evaluations and Automation settings and still run interviews the way you've already configured them. Screened runs earlier in the process — scoring resumes and, for candidates who pass, conducting the phone or text interview — so the interviewer still opens the same Scorecard they always have, just with Screened's result as added context.

Often, yes. TalentLyft's Essential and Growth plans both start at $100/month with unlimited users and job slots, which is exactly the kind of lean setup Screened is built for — small in-house teams or agencies who get a real volume of applications per job but don't have a dedicated screener's worth of hours to open every resume and run first-round calls themselves.

Screened highlights potential concerns in resumes and checks interview answers against the job requirements. Your team can review the written reasons and interview transcript, then ask follow-up questions about experience that needs clarification.

Screened keeps assessments and written reasons for candidates screened through TalentLyft. Open the Screened candidate profile to review activity, or export a CSV of the latest decisions. For hiring decisions made in TalentLyft, use its own records. See the screening records guide.
