Traffit integration
Traffit AI Resume Screening That Plugs Into Your Existing Pipeline
Screened scores every resume, runs AI phone and text screening — whether or not you've turned on Traffit's Candidate Scoring add-on. The Traffit integration is available on request.
Where Screened fits in Traffit
Traffit is a cloud-based applicant tracking system and recruitment CRM founded in Gdynia, Poland in 2014, used by recruitment agencies, in-house HR/TA teams, headhunters, and staffing firms mostly across Poland, the wider CEE region, and the EU.
Recruiters run each opening as a "recruitment" built on a reusable Workflow of Stages — starting at a default "New" stage and ending in an end-stage such as Employed, Rejection, or Waiting list — worked from a Kanban-style Pipeline view.
The platform is GDPR/RODO-first by design, processes data inside the EEA, and already sells its own AI add-ons (Candidate Scoring, AI report analysis, CV auto-parsing), so any additional AI screening needs to fit around what Traffit already offers rather than duplicate it.
What Screened takes off your plate in Traffit
As applications land in the first stage of your Workflow, Screened reads the resume and the job's requirements, scores the candidate 0-100, and pulls out years of experience, red flags, and key qualifications — so recruiters can triage the New stage against a ranked list instead of opening every CV in the Files tab.
Traffit's own AI scoring ("Candidate Scoring") is a separate paid add-on that grades CVs against the Required/Optional criteria set on a job's Candidate Scoring tab — teams that haven't turned it on get no resume score at all.
Screened can provide that first-pass score for them, or, for teams that already pay for Candidate Scoring, add the explicit red-flag and years-of-experience detail that Traffit's percentage-plus-justification view doesn't break out separately.
Traffit's Interview Scheduler only lets a candidate pick a time slot from a recruiter's calendar — a person still has to conduct the call. Screened adds an actual AI voice or text screening interview before that booking happens, asking the role's screening questions and producing a transcript, per-question scores, and a hire/no-hire recommendation, all ready before anyone schedules time.
Screened's score and screening recommendation are ready before anyone advances a candidate to the next stage, drops them into the Waiting list, or moves them to a Rejection end-stage — so recruiters spend Pipeline-view time on the borderline candidates instead of the obvious yes/no ones. Advancing them automatically, through Traffit's Integration API & webhooks add-on, is available on request.
How Screened works with Traffit
A candidate applies to a Traffit job and lands in the Workflow's starting stage (usually "New"); Screened screens them against that job's requirements.
Screened's AI scores the resume 0-100 and extracts years of experience, red flags, and key qualifications, then — where a phone or text screen is part of the process — conducts that AI interview and produces a transcript with per-question scores and a hire/no-hire recommendation.
The score, extracted qualifications, results link, and recommendation are ready in Screened before anyone moves the candidate to the next stage, the Waiting list, or a Rejection end-stage. Writing them back onto the Traffit profile, and advancing the stage automatically, is available on request.
Built around how Traffit works
Screened fits the objects and stages your team already uses in Traffit.
The reusable template of stages (and their end statuses) that a recruitment is built on; recruiters pick or clone a workflow whenever they open a new job.
A step in a workflow. Every workflow starts at a default "New" stage and terminates in an end stage — Employed, Rejection, or Waiting list by default, though names, order, and count are customizable.
The Kanban-board view recruiters use to drag candidates between stages, as opposed to the flat, sortable "Candidates view" table.
Traffit's own paid AI add-on (roughly €45/month) that scores each application 0-100% against Required and Optional criteria defined on the job's Candidate Scoring tab, with a written justification for every score.
The annotation system recruiters and hiring managers use to leave feedback and manual ratings directly on a candidate's profile.
A separate paid add-on (roughly €35/month, enabled by your Traffit Account Manager) that lets outside systems read and write candidate data and manage the recruitment process — the layer an integration like Screened's would use to sync back into Traffit.
Review candidate fit and authenticity
Bring screening assessments and potential authenticity concerns into your team’s review. Use the written findings to decide where a closer look is needed.
Common questions
Yes, but it's a separate paid add-on called Candidate Scoring (roughly €45/month) that isn't included by default on the Starter or Growth plans — it scores CVs 0-100% against Required/Optional criteria you set per job. Screened can act as that scoring layer for teams that haven't added it, or layer on extracted red flags and years-of-experience detail for teams that already have.
Not on its own — Traffit's Interview Scheduler handles booking a time slot from a recruiter's calendar, but a person still runs the interview. Screened adds an AI voice or text screening step before that booking, with transcripts and a hire/no-hire recommendation ready before that booking is made.
Traffit is available on request. Just ask us about it when you talk to sales. Screening itself needs no developer work, no custom API project, and nothing to install on your side.
No. Screened works with whatever stages your workflow already has — New, any custom interview stages, Employed, Rejection, Waiting list — it screens against the structure you've already built rather than asking you to change it.
Screened's score, notes, and results link are all on the candidate in Screened, and hiring managers can be given access there. Syncing them onto the Traffit profile your managers already open is available on request.
Screened highlights potential concerns in resumes and checks interview answers against the job requirements. Your team can review the written reasons and interview transcript, then ask follow-up questions about experience that needs clarification.
Screened keeps assessments and written reasons for candidates screened through Traffit. Open the Screened candidate profile to review activity, or export a CSV of the latest decisions. For hiring decisions made in Traffit, use its own records. See the screening records guide.
