Tribepad integration
The AI Screening Tool for Tribepad Recruiters
Screened runs AI resume screening plus live phone or text screening on your Tribepad candidates. The Tribepad integration is available on request.
Where Screened fits in Tribepad
Tribepad is a UK-built applicant tracking system best known for high-volume and public sector hiring — used by roughly one in ten UK local authorities plus enterprise employers like Tesco, Greggs, and Subway, alongside a growing SME tier (Tribepad Gro) and enterprise tier (Tribepad Pro).
Recruiters move candidates through configurable pipeline "buckets" (New, In-Review/Long List, Shortlisted, Interview, Offered, Hired) inside a Workflow Editor, and Tribepad's own AI assistant, Sidekick, already scores every application and suggests interview questions. Screened plugs into that existing setup rather than replacing it.
What Screened takes off your plate in Tribepad
Instead of a recruiter working through every application sitting in the New Applications or In-Review (Long List) bucket, Screened can call or text candidates right after they apply, ask the role's screening questions, and score the conversation — so by the time you open the Long List, the strongest candidates are already flagged in Screened.
Screened produces the score, results link, per-question notes, and hire/no-hire recommendation itself, ready before a recruiter opens that candidate in Tribepad — so the call summary is weighed against Sidekick's Application Score instead of a recruiter relaying notes from a separate spreadsheet or call log. Writing it back onto the Tribepad candidate profile as a note is available on request.
The screening outcome is ready before anyone moves a candidate on — a strong phone or text screen into Shortlisted or Interview, a poor fit into Rejected — and Screened can still coordinate that next interview with the candidate and hiring manager. Moving the candidate between buckets automatically, using whatever names your organisation's Workflow Editor is configured with, is available on request.
Tribepad customers running high-volume retail, hospitality, or local-authority recruitment — the kind of surge that pushed Tribepad to a million applications in three days for Tesco — can point Screened at every New Application on a requisition, so a recruiter is never the bottleneck between 'applied' and 'screened.'
How Screened works with Tribepad
A candidate applies through your Tribepad careers site and lands in the New Applications bucket, exactly like today.
Screened scores the application 0-100 against the job's requirements and/or places an AI phone or text screening call, producing a transcript and per-question scores.
The score, results link, notes, and hire/no-hire recommendation are ready in Screened before that candidate moves into Shortlisted, Interview, or Rejected in Tribepad. Writing them back onto the candidate profile as a note automatically is available on request.
Built around how Tribepad works
Screened fits the objects and stages your team already uses in Tribepad.
Tribepad's built-in AI assistant. It scores every application (an AI Application Score plus a separate skills score) against the job's requirements and suggests interview questions, but it only analyses written applications — it doesn't call or converse with candidates.
Tribepad's name for pipeline stages, configured in the Workflow Editor. The default set is Suggested, New, In-Review (Long List), Shortlisted, Interview, Offered, Accepted, Hired, Rejected, and Withdrawn, and a Super User can rename or hide any of them.
The all-in-one record a recruiter opens for one applicant — CV, questionnaire answers, Sidekick's score and SWOT summary, notes, documents, and comms all in one place.
The screen inside Tribepad's Manage tool where a Super User relabels application buckets and builds interview workflows, including stage labels like 'Telephone/Teams interview,' 'Face-to-face interview,' or 'Assessment centre.'
Tribepad's object for opening a role, which enterprise customers can route through up to four levels of authorisation before the job goes live.
Tribepad's Platinum Partner for one-way video screening — candidates record video answers on their own time, a different modality from a live AI phone or text screening conversation.
Review candidate fit and authenticity
Bring screening assessments and potential authenticity concerns into your team’s review. Use the written findings to decide where a closer look is needed.
Common questions
Sidekick scores written applications — CVs, career history, and questionnaire answers — and suggests interview questions, but it doesn't get on the phone with candidates. Screened adds that missing layer: an AI voice or text screening conversation with each candidate, scored and transcribed, to weigh alongside Sidekick's Application Score.
Not today. The screening outcome is ready in Screened before anyone moves a candidate, so a recruiter still drags a recommended candidate from New Applications into Shortlisted, or a poor-fit candidate into Rejected. Moving them automatically, using your organisation's own bucket names if you've renamed them in the Workflow Editor, is available on request.
Yes. Because Tribepad lets a Super User relabel or hide any bucket (turning 'In-Review' into 'Under Review,' for example), Screened is set up against your organisation's actual stage names rather than Tribepad's defaults, so screening runs at the point in the pipeline you actually use.
No, they solve different problems. Willo is Tribepad's Platinum Partner for one-way video screening, where candidates record answers on their own time. Screened runs a live, AI-led phone or text screening conversation instead, so the two can run side by side on the same candidate rather than compete.
Tribepad is available on request. Just ask us about it when you talk to sales. Screening itself needs no developer work, no custom API project, and nothing to install on your side.
Screened highlights potential concerns in resumes and checks interview answers against the job requirements. Your team can review the written reasons and interview transcript, then ask follow-up questions about experience that needs clarification.
Screened keeps assessments and written reasons for candidates screened through Tribepad. Open the Screened candidate profile to review activity, or export a CSV of the latest decisions. For hiring decisions made in Tribepad, use its own records. See the screening records guide.
