TEAMTAILOR INTEGRATION

Cut manual screening in
Teamtailor

Send candidates through with a trigger or a bulk action. Every resume comes back scored against the role, with the reasoning written onto the Teamtailor profile as a Partner Result. Every result carries its reasons, and the latest decision made in Screened carries a name and a date.

What actually stops being manual

Teamtailor's recruitment pipeline automation already handles the moving parts. What it does not do is read the applications or make the calls, so it cannot reduce the manual candidate screening tasks that actually eat an in-house talent acquisition team's week. That is the work Screened takes.

Reading every application to find the shortlist

Screened scores each one against the job's requirements and writes a fit score and a recommendation onto the candidate, with the reasoning attached.

Judging whether the experience is real

Review candidate fit and potential authenticity concerns together, so your team can focus follow-up where it is needed.

Writing it all up afterwards

The assessment posts back to the Teamtailor profile as a Partner Result, so the write-up your team reads is already there.

What stays with your team is the judgement call — which is the part worth keeping.

What lands on the Teamtailor profile

Results appear on the candidate under AI Screened, so your team reviews them where they already work.

A Partner Result

A fit score from 0 to 100, a recommendation such as Strong Fit or Not a Fit, and the written assessment behind it — including evidence for the must-have criteria and any areas of caution.

Tags you can filter on

Outcome tags apply automatically as results arrive — screened cv - strong fit, screened call - proceed and the rest. Teamtailor lowercases them, which is why they look like that.

Screened can also post notes as it goes, and if you configure Stage Mapping it can move a candidate to the Teamtailor stage you picked for that outcome. For the full requirement-by-requirement evidence and the interview transcript, a link on the profile opens the candidate report in Screened.

How it runs day to day

1

Connect Teamtailor from Settings → ATS in Screened, then add the Teamtailor jobs you want Screened to work on.

2

Set up a Teamtailor trigger for the candidates that should be screened automatically — or send them by hand with a bulk action.

3

Screened scores the resume against the role and posts the Partner Result, tags and notes back to the candidate.

4

The candidates worth talking to get a phone interview, scored against the same requirements.

5

The interview result posts back the same way, and your recruiter decides who moves forward.

Nothing is screened just because it arrived. A candidate reaches Screened because a trigger you built sent them, or because someone chose to. See how ATS integration works for the wider picture.

It fits your process. It doesn't take it over.

Teams choose Teamtailor because candidates are treated like people. Bolting automation onto that is worth being careful about, so Screened is built to be opt-in at every step.

Nothing is screened by accident

A candidate reaches Screened because a trigger you built sent them, or because someone selected them. Applications never get pulled in just for arriving.

Nothing moves unless you map it

Until you set up Stage Mapping, Screened writes its Partner Result and moves nobody. Your pipeline stays exactly where your team left it.

What a recruiter gets back

Minutes

From application to a scored, explained Partner Result on the Teamtailor profile — not the days a manual review queue takes.

Every one

Every candidate routed through is read against the same must-haves, so the hundredth application gets the attention the tenth did.

One list

Sort by assessment score, filter by tag, and start the day from a ranked shortlist rather than an inbox.

Illustrative of how teams use it, not a guarantee — volumes and roles differ.

Review candidate fit and authenticity

Bring screening assessments and potential authenticity concerns into your team’s review. Use the written findings to decide where a closer look is needed.

Common questions

Teamtailor has its own automation and has been adding AI features, and what you get depends on your plan — worth asking your Teamtailor contact. None of it reads applications for you, which is the job Screened does: every candidate you route through is scored 0-100 against the role, with the reasoning and the requirement evidence written back to the Teamtailor candidate as a Partner Result.

For in-house talent acquisition teams, Teamtailor's recruitment pipeline automation reduces manual candidate screening tasks only up to a point — it takes the coordination, not the reading. It moves candidates, triggers messages and keeps stages tidy, which is genuinely less admin. What it does not do is open each application and judge it, or run the first call. That is the manual candidate screening that actually fills a recruiter's week, and it is the part Screened takes: every candidate you route through is scored against the role, and the strongest get a phone interview.

Two that recruiters feel immediately. AI resume screening scores every candidate you send through against the job requirements, explains the score, and returns a Partner Result on the profile — that is the one most teams run. AI phone screening is available on top, interviewing the strongest and posting a recommendation beside the score. Both write back as Teamtailor tags and notes, so the Teamtailor AI features you already use are untouched.

You send them. Candidates reach Screened through a Teamtailor trigger you configure, or by selecting them in Teamtailor and using a bulk action. Nothing is screened because it merely arrived, which is what keeps volume and spend under your control.

On the candidate profile, under AI Screened. Screened returns a Partner Result carrying a fit score from 0 to 100, a recommendation such as Strong Fit or Not a Fit, and a written assessment. Depending on your Candidate Updates settings it can also add tags and notes.

Teamtailor converts tag names to lowercase itself, so tags arrive as screened cv - strong fit, screened call - proceed and so on. That is expected rather than a fault, and they filter like any other Teamtailor tag.

Only if you configure it. Stage Mapping lets you pick a Teamtailor stage for each screening outcome, and until you set that up Screened writes results and moves nobody.

Yes. A job has to be added to Screened before anything happens to its candidates, so you choose exactly which roles are in scope. Most teams start with the high-volume ones where reading applications is the bottleneck.

No. Screened does not block applicants when they apply; that is what Teamtailor’s application controls are for. Screened helps your team review the applications that arrive and identify the candidates who match the role, so a high volume costs less time.

Yes. Read the Screened Partner Result on the Teamtailor candidate profile to understand why a candidate received a recommendation. Screening updates must be enabled. Open the Screened candidate profile for more detail and activity. For exports and review options, see the screening records guide.

Screened highlights potential authenticity concerns for your team to review alongside the candidate’s assessment. Use the written findings to decide what needs a closer look before moving forward.
